Hi Luz, great to hear from you. Bay Bugs are delicious shellfish from the Australia/New Zealand region. They get shipped here as a special order for some restaurants. In NYC,I used to get them (in season) at a place called "The Sunburnt Cow." Highly recommend it!

I'm not familiar with either one of the places you mentioned but I'd consider going still. Are they mostly salsa or do the play other latin rythms too? I dance salsa socially, haven't taken lessons so my technique isn't as good as I know it can be, but absolutely love it!!! How about yourself?
