Hi Athena, sorry for my late reply.
I've been to Punjabi Dhaba many times and my Indian friends told me their chaat is pretty authentic. I've had chaat there a couple times, probably aloo (potato) chaat or veggie pakora (veggie fritter) chaat.
Not sure if I can come this Thursday.. hope to meet you soon, too!
